Same Medication, Lower Cost
Catholic Health makes it easier and less expensive for you to get your medications. With My CHS Rx, our pharmacy service, you get significant savings, free delivery and service from Catholic Health pharmacists in your area.
Whether your medications are prescribed by your doctor or a discharging physician at a Catholic Health hospital, you can take advantage of My CHS Rx immediately.
How does My CHS Rx work?
Tell your physician to e-prescribe your medication to My CHS Rx. Your physician will electronically submit prescriptions and automatically send them to My CHS Rx, where they will be verified and filled.
If you are currently admitted to a Catholic Health hospital, your discharging physician will submit the prescription. You will be visited as early as possible during your hospital stay by a My CHS Rx staff member who will get the information needed to fill your prescription(s).
Education will be provided to help you better understand and follow your medication treatment plan. You can involve family and caregivers in the counseling process.
Doctors, office staff and/or pharmacy staff will discuss and resolve medication issues with you (such as medications not covered by your insurance) before you are discharged from a Catholic Health hospital or leave your Catholic Health Physician Partners office.
