Catholic Health announced today the opening of Catholic Health Urgent Care at Ronkonkoma, a new facility further extending Catholic Health’s exceptional health care services to central Long Island.
Located at 3 Hawkins Avenue, the facility offers a wide range of essential care services—including physical exams, vaccinations, illness and injury treatment, as well as on-site high definition X-ray capabilities for adult and pediatric patients.
As part of Station Yards Ronkonkoma—a residential and commercial complex located next to one of Long Island’s busiest train stations—Catholic Health’s new urgent care center offers convenient, accessible care not only to Ronkonkoma residents, but also to the hundreds of thousands of commuters who ride the Long Island Rail Road every day.
“This new Ronkonkoma facility is another step toward our goal of providing essential health care services to residents in every corner of Long Island,” said Catholic Health President and CEO Patrick O’Shaughnessy, DO, MBA. “Whether someone walks in with an urgent medical issue or simply to get a flu shot on their commute home from work, our expert team will be there to provide the highest level of care.”
Operated in partnership with Excel Urgent Care, the new urgent care is the most recent in Catholic Health’s growing system of outpatient care locations situated across Nassau and Suffolk counties.
