Early Pregnancy Class

Helps expectant couples learn how to manage their pregnancy and provides them with the knowledge to feel comfortable and secure with their new role in life. Topics include fetal growth and development, body changes during pregnancy, common tests and procedures and prenatal nutrition and exercise.

In-person, held Weekday evenings and weekends. Free.
