The St. Francis Hospital & Heart Center community outreach bus offers free health screenings—including for blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes—with the appropriate patient education and referrals needed for those over the age of 18. We provide this service free of charge at community locations. (This date is Flu Vaccines only)
