Advanced Cardiac Care

Catholic Health's Cardiac Amyloidosis Program offers advanced therapies and treatments to diagnose and treat patients with cardiac amyloidosis.  The program is available at St. Francis Hospital & Heart Center® in Roslyn, NY. Call 516-562-6426 for more information. A patient can self-refer or get a physician referral.

Our expert cardiologists diagnose the type of cardiac amyloidosis a patient has through a physical work-up, blood test, advanced cardiac imaging and genetic testing. Treatment options are tailored to the patient upon diagnosis, including medication, symptom management, lifestyle changes, and routine check-ups.
